We’ve got a housing problem in 2022 | This is Real Estate Today

We've got a housing problem and one that the media has unanimously understood. That's the housing inventory challenge. There is still a lack of inventory so a housing crash is actually the opposite of what we should be worried about in 2022. As it stands in May 2022 we are only barely seeing things ease up.

We’re NOT in a housing bubble? | This is Real Estate 2022

I hope by now you are reading the data that's showing we are not in a housing bubble. The market is going back to normal in some areas that saw a lot of movement during COVID around the United States in 2022, but in other areas that saw similar movement, it's still going up. There isn't enough inventory in the real estate market as a whole, and that crunch can rise if the builders stop building what they have planned.
