The housing market correction and the desire for it to crash!
I'm listening to a lot of people freaking out about the housing market possibly crashing. A lot of these people are smart people too, but the fear is based on a lack of data and knowledge. A lot of the fear comes from emotion attached to fear or the desire to capitalize on a projected opportunity that may never happen.
As we stare into the summer housing market one thing is adamantly clear, there is no housing crash coming as of right now. In fact, as you dig into the data you also find that real estate is regional and it's a supply issue more than a demand issue. Dig into the housing market of 2022 with me.
