Here's where I don't want you to play into the fear of some nonexperienced people reporting on what's happening next in the Real Estate Market in 2022 or 2023. 

The interest rates are going up. The real estate market is not crashing. The real estate market is going to continue to grow and it will slowly come to a balance. What happens after that I don't know, but right now there is no need to panic.
